Active Collection of Information
You may generally browse our Site without providing us with any personal information. Personal information may be collected in a number of ways when you visit the Site, contact us through the Site, download a case study on the Site, apply for a job on the Site or use any of the services offered via the Site. We may collect certain information that you voluntarily provide to us which may contain personal information such as your name, email address, user name, and telephone number. We will also collect any personal information that you include in a resume that you submit to us.
Passive Collection of Information
When you visit the Site, some information may be automatically collected. Web beacons, also known as gifs, are electronic images that may be used on the Site or in our emails. We take security measures that are reasonably designed to protect your personal information (including, preventing the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of your personal information). Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable.
If you use a password on the Site, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share it with any other person. If you believe your password has been misused, please advise us immediately.
THIS SITE IS NOT MEANT FOR MINORS. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site is not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and we do not target the Site to children under 13.
We may use social plugins on our Site and may include icons that allow you to interact with third party social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. For example, you may “Like” us on Facebook. The third party social plugin may set a cookie when your browser creates a connection to the servers of such social networks and the plugin may transmit your data to the social networks. Your use of these social plugins is subject to the privacy policies of the third party social networks.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
